How it works

  • Speed only keeps the pitch the same by resampling (sounds natural but changes duration).
  • Speed + pitch stretches or compresses the waveform (chipmunk / slow-mo effect).
  • Extreme speeds may introduce artefacts — keep within 0.5× to 2× for best results.
