128 × 128

256 × 256

How it works

Image → ICO builds a single .ico file containing every size you tick (16, 24, 32, 48, 64, 128, 256 px). Windows and browsers pick the best size automatically.
ICO → PNG reads an existing icon file and extracts each embedded image as a PNG you can download.
Small sizes (16 and 32 px) are what Windows shows in the taskbar and file lists, so keeping them is usually worth the few extra bytes.
Icons are decoded and encoded in your browser; the file is never uploaded.
