Edit PDF Metadata
Read and rewrite the title, author, subject, keywords, creator and dates stored inside a PDF.
Preview
How it works
- Open a PDF and the current document information (XMP and the classic Info dictionary) is loaded into the fields.
- Dates are stored as UTC (standard PDF dates carry no time zone) and are shown and written in that same form, so a value survives a load/save round trip.
- You can also strip every field at once, which is handy before publishing a document (this is stronger than the "remove metadata" option in the compressor).
- Some producers re-add their own values when the file is opened in another editor; the values you save are what the file contains.
